Hello and welcome to the UISC Corporate website.

Universal Infotainment Systems Company (UISC) (UNIV) is the new identity of UNS Labs and the UNS product line.  The name change was made to better reflect the nature of our business and will represent the company to its stockholders and to its clients. Although our name has changed, our commitment to provide the best value per dollar spent on our products has not.

In order to be closer to our major markets, to gain access to an innovative talent pool for our ongoing development efforts and to be closer to our investors who are supporting our company, in 2008 we repositioned our corporate headquarters to Illinois, USA.  We feel that being located in the center of the USA we will be well placed to not only advance our technology but also to work more closely within the automotive market.

Another noteworthy change is the rebranding of our product line from UNS to UIS. While our UNS name represented our navigation system roots, the UIS name will be more inclusive of the infotainment aspects of our products. Globally we feel this new name will be easier for the consumer and commercial market segments and it will properly differentiate our product from other brand names. To date, the UIS product line remains the only one of its type in the world.

Building on the foundations we created in our previous venture, 2009 marks a major milestone for UISC. We are pleased to announce that UISC is now a Publicly Traded Company (UNIV). We thank all of those good and loyal associates who have worked diligently and faithfully to allow us to reach this critical point in our history.

Presently I am in Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates, and I don’t mind saying that am working hard on behalf of the company and our stockholders with my Arabia and EU advisors, while our Chairman back home in USA is working diligently with our US Financial advisors in raising the necessary Capital which is required for UISC and UNS Labs to begin work on the North American module of our product, and initiate the production for our target markets. At present, UISC is offering its securities for private placement investment in order to achieve this goal.

Our product range including, UIS Infotainment, UIS FMTS and UIS TS, which aresoon to arrive in the market place will indeed revolutionize our industry simply because, “we have changed the way you navigate in your world today.”

In closing, I am very pleased and excited with these developments and fully agree with our Chairman and the Board of Directors, who are fully supportive of our company entering into a new era and we all look forward to the exciting times ahead for UISC and UNS Labs.
