Currently Todd is the Controller for Pantheos, a professional employer’s organization located in Burr Ridge, Illinois, where he oversees the financial operations of five companies.
For the last 12 years Todd has chiefly been responsible for fiscal activities for aggressive small to medium sized companies. During this time he managed a public company, guided a popular mail order beverage company through its Financial Restructuring and facilitated selling a venture capital owned cosmetics business. Todd earned a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois and earned a Bachelor degree in Business from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois.

Mr. Ducat’s professional track record brings 17+ years of IT Operations/Management/Technical & Management Consulting experience from which UISC can draw conservative and practical advice as the company executes its goals toward introducing the UIS Product Line in North America.
For the last 17 years of his professional career in IT, Dave has been involved in a multitude of projects ranging from product management to architect, engineer of complex infrastructures and secure IT deployments using state-of-the-art technologies from industry-leading vendors. Among his specialties are Project Management, Business Process Documentation and Analysis, Solution Design, Infrastructure implementation, Call Center Design and Engineering.
Presently, Dave is Operations Manager for Project Leadership Associates. Project Leadership Associates (PLA) is an Information Technology and Management Consulting firm based in Chicago that serves clients around the world.
Dave earned his BA in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science at Augustana College in Illinois, USA.
